There is no such thing as a 1-Size-Fits-All approach to fitness and nutrition. Every coaching plan starts with a 1 hour consultation between the coach and client. This is an information gathering conversation where all of the aspects of your lifestyle should align with your goals. Verifying your goal can be reasonably attained before you begin, greatly increases your chances of success. Once you’ve got a solid plan, your coach will hold you accountable and provide support using daily checkins and short followup consultations every week.
